- Email Marketing – set and schedule the mail promo to be sent to your database of current clients (we can categorise clients if need be)

- We will continue to take action on any regular news as usual as it comes in (for example, new starters, charity events, etc).
- We can work on any print graphics within this action plan (So banner stands for events and internal printed graphics)

Design & development services
We aim to help IEIS communicate its mission, services, and impact through visually engaging and professionally crafted materials. This section of our proposal outlines two tiers of explainer video production and the production of a professionally designed PDF presentation using case studies from monthly meetings.
1. PDF Presentation Update and Maintenance
We will create a professional, visually appealing PDF presentation tailored to IEIS’s branding and messaging. The presentation will include:
- An overview of IEIS’s mission, vision, and services.
- Key achievements and case studies.
- Testimonials or endorsements (if applicable).
- Visual elements such as infographics, charts, and high-quality images.
Ongoing Updates:
- After the initial creation, we will update the presentation every 12 months, 6 months or monthly using the more prominent case studies and insights from our workflow meetings.
- Updates will include new data, success stories, and any additional content provided by IEIS.
- Updating Google document
- Updating website & newsletter download link
PDF Presentation Creation and Updates:
We recommend updating the presentation every 6 months.
Initial design setup - 13 hours (£975 excluding VAT)
Presentation updates: Adding case studies - 6 hours (£450 excluding VAT)
This document will be created in raw form on shared Google Docs so the team can add images and update the content.
We can also set up the workflow timeline on Monday.com for better management, but our monthly meetings should cover this.
2. Explainer Video Production (V1)
Tier 1: Basic Explainer Video
- Objective: Create a 3-minute explainer video using existing footage and content from the PDF presentation, time-lapse, and drone footage.
- Process:
- Develop a script based on IEIS’s key messaging and presentation content.
- Once the script is signed off, we produce an initial edit using images only to establish and tweak the script.
- Once we are happy with the flow of edit one, use drone footage, graphics, and animations to create a polished video.
- Professional voiceover and background music if needed.
- Deliverables:
- One 3-minute explainer video in high-resolution format (1080p or 4K). We will set up and post the final edit on an IEIS YouTube channel. We will also set up the foyer television to play the presentation video and add the film to the website.
- Script and storyboard for approval before production.
Explainer Video 1
Explainer Video Edit - 20hrs (£1,500 excluding VAT)
This three-minute video will use existing company assets to communicate IEIS's mission and services.
3. Explainer Video (V2)
- Objective: Create a more personalised, impactful 3-minute explainer video featuring staff case studies and professional photography. This will be added to the current 3-minute video to produce a more extended, in-depth vision of IEIS.
- Process:
- Conduct interviews with x4 IEIS staff to gather case studies and testimonials.
- Hire a professional photographer to capture high-quality images of staff and operations.
- Develop a script that integrates case studies, testimonials, and key messaging.
- Use a mix of new footage, professional photography, and animations to create a compelling narrative.
- Design and animate X4 key stats and start to build a suite of short-form content
- Deliverables:
- One 3-to 4-minute explainer video in high-resolution format (1080p or 4K).
- Professional photography of staff and operations.
- Script and storyboard for approval before production.
Explainer Video 2
Explainer video (optional costing)
This three-to-four-minute video will communicate IEIS's mission and services by creating new content and utilising existing company assets. This is best for you to approach once our marketing workflow is operating smoothly. This will give the team a clear idea of the types of content that are better received. Planning a more personalised and extensive deep dive into IEIS is essential, so gathering more in-depth information will be beneficial.
